State Capitol
This building was completed in 1931 and served as the
territorial Capitol. When Alaska became a state in 1959,
it became the state Capitol. |

In honor of the centenial of the purchase of
Alaska by the United States from Russia, funds were made
avaible in 1967 to build this museum. |

Liberty Bell:
The United States Department of the Treasury selected a
foundry in France to cast 55 full-sized replicas of the
Liberty Bell. States and territories of the United States
each received a bell as a gift to be displayed and rung
on special occasions. |

Governor's Mansion
I believe this is the mansion. The photograph was
taken from a street overpass for pedestrians, not
for from the Capitol. It was built in 1912. |

Senate Mall
This building in downtown Juneau now houses numerous
shops. It may have been associated with the State Senate
at one time. |
 |
State Office Building
A quick search of the internet for information on this building
produced information of an office located on the 10th floor.
My guess, there is more than one "State Office Building". |

Windfall Fisherman Statue:
Statue of life-size grizzly bear located across the street
from the Capitol. |
