The cannon viewed from atop the fort wall.


Items near the cannon; I assume all that is needed to arm and fire the cannon.
Later in the day a cannon was to be fired; I didn't wait to watch, maybe this is the one.


This smooth bore musket was used to disable cannons as the one previously shown.
Its shot was large enough to destroy the support structure, as a wheel.

A sign stated this was Spanish troop bunkers.


Another sign stated these were English troop bunkers.


Originally the fort's inside was
secured by large doors as these.
The current moat bridge was
installed in the 1900's.
